PRICES AND TERMS:
Minimum orders $100.00 net,
plus shipping and handling, plus surcharge for hazardous
materials. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, F.O.B.
West Haven, CT. Terms are net 30 days with established
credit; Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted;
or COD for non-hazardous materials. Prices are effective
September l' 1999 and may change without notice.
METHOD
OF SHIPMENT:
Common carrier; we ship per your instructions
and in compliance with shipping regulations; you will
be notified of any discrepancy to shipment.
RETURN
POLICY:
Returns only with prior authorization, within
30 days of shipment. 25% restocking fee. Special orders
may not be returned. Defective goods may be replaced
or price refunded, at option of seller, provided we
are notified within 7 days of receipt.
HAZARDS
ALL CHEMICALS ARE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS; EXERCISE EXTREME
CARE IN HANDLING AND STORAGE:
Special handling may
be required; use only trained, certified personnel.
BUYER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SAFETY OF USERS.

on request; MSDS information is summary only, and may
not be complete.
LIMITED
WARRANTY:
Seller warrants its products, in original,
undamaged containers, to meet the quality specifications
provided by seller when shipped, or product will be
replaced, or price re- funded, at sellers option. SELLER
MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION <EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED<AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MER- CHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR USE OR
FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE
FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
GOVERNING LAW:
All sales are made in West Haven, Connecticut, and
customer agrees that any dispute will be adjudicated
solely in the courts of the State of Connecticut.
